International: Killings of Trade Unionists Up by 25%

The International Trade Union Confederation released recently a full report, entitled Annual Survey of Violations of Trade Union Rights.
According to the report, the number of workers killed because of their involvement in trade union activities has increased by from 115 in 2005 to 144 in 2006.
